摘　　要：堂吉诃德与哈姆雷特是世界文学中两个永恒的形象,几百年来世人评论很多。堂吉诃德是一个热情的人文主义思想的传播者,但他的经历恰恰证明了人文主义的缺憾;哈姆雷特以人文主义的理想为精神支柱,坚持与封建社会的罪恶势力斗争,他的战斗是"知其不可而为之"的对人文主义的高扬。通过对这两人物形象做比较,揭示出人文主义在他们身上的背离与统一。Don Quixote and Hamlet are the two eternal images in the world＇s literature.Many people have commented on them for hundreds of years.Don Quixote is a passionate communicator of humanism.However,his experience proves precisely the deficiency of humanism;Hamlet insists on struggling against evil of the feudal society with the ideal of humanism as a spiritual pillar,and proves the promotion of humanism.The comparison between these two characters reveals in them the departure and unification of humanism.
