摘　　要：高等教育学专业的硕士研究生教育已成为我国研究生教育体系中一个重要的方面,但是随着社会的发展,其培养目标出现了不适应社会需求的问题。调查发现,无论是从当前社会和学生的需要,还是从实际就业情况看,目前培养学术型人才的培养目标已经遭受了严峻的挑战,无法满足学生和社会的需求。高等教育学专业硕士研究生的培养应该注重应用,其培养规格的定位应该是培养高层次应用型人才,培养理论与实践紧密结合的应用型人才。Postgraduate higher education has been an important part of the system of higher education in China.However,with social development,its educational objectives have not matched social demands.The survey shows that current educational objectives have suffered a serious challenge and cannot satisfy the needs of society and students,either the present social and students＇ needs,or the current status of job hunting.The education of postgraduates should emphasize application,and its orientation should be toward educating high-level practical talents who can combine theory and practice closely.
