摘　　要：随着我国社区卫生服务的日益发展,社区护士在满足社区居民健康服务的同时,常常要面对各种与伦理相关的问题,陷入困境之中,影响了社区护理事业的稳定发展。在对陕西省社区护士进行广泛调研和论证的基础上,通过对社区护理理念、社区护理管理、职业伦理等问题进行讨论,探索解决伦理问题的最佳途径。With the development of community health services, community nurses often face ethics - associated problems in serving community residents. A wide community research and demonstration is carried out to discuss ethical problems in the current community nursing service based on theories of professional ethics, nursing philosophy, community management for community nurses, exploring feasible solutions.
