摘　　要："人文医学"是现代医学发展的趋势,重视医师人文素质的提高是形成人文医学的重要举措。在医疗队伍中,专科医师作为年轻、富有朝气的医学人才群体,必将成长为医疗行业的中坚力量。随着专科医师队伍的不断扩大,有效地培养、优化这个群体的医学人文素质,形成良好的医疗环境,是研究者日益关注的问题。以继续医学教育为基础,逐步实现专科医师医学人文素质的优化不仅是实现专科医师全面发展的需要,同时也是医院未来快速发展的关键举措之一。＂Humanistic medicine＂ is the development trend of modern medicine. The improvement of humanistic quality is an important measure of forming and developing humanistic medicine. Diplomates as a group of young and vigorous medical talents, will grow into the backbone of the medical professionals. As diplomates team continues to expand, how to effectively train and optimize their medical humanities quality and develop a favorable environment of health care has become the current research focus. A continuing medical education based, gradual realization of the optimization of diplomates＇medical humanities quality is not only the demand of the all - round development of diplomates, but also the key to the future development of hospitals.
