摘　　要：本文在广泛调研基础上,就国家奖助学金评选标准明确化、评选过程规范化、优秀学生榜样化、教育管理常规化、回报社会自觉化等方面进行了积极探索,以期为高校最大化发挥国家奖助学金的育人功能提供参考。Based on extensive investigation and research,this paper discusses how to maximize the educational function of scholarships and other subsidies granted by the State to college students.The author holds that the selecting criteria for receivers must be explicit and the selecting process must be standardized,excellent students should be set up as role models,education and management work must be routinized,and all students should be encouraged to return society conscientiously.
