摘　　要：给出了复方阵为广义对角占优阵的一个充要条件及复方阵为广义对角占优阵的判别准则，并通过实例证明该准则是简单。The sufficient and necessary conditions of complex square matrix to be a generalized diagonally dominant matrices are given in this paper.Meantime,a judgement standard of complex square matrix to be a generalized diagonally dominant matrices is given too.This standard is proved by the living example is simple and feasible.
