摘　　要：加强高校的学风建设是高校改革和发展的一个永恒主题。要想做好学风建设必须要充分发挥学生的主体作用和教师的主导作用。只有在紧抓学风,严肃教风和强化管理的前提下才能做好高校的学风建设工作。Strengthening univeristy learning spirits is an eternal theme for university＇s reform and development.In order to succeed in learning spirits construction,students＇main role and teachers＇ guiding function must be brought into full play.Only under the premise of gripping the learning spirits and stricting the teaching style and strengthening the management could the university learning spirits construction done well.
