摘　　要：随着信息时代的到来，利用现代远程教育网络教学模式教学已在大、中专学校蓬勃开展，取得较大的实效。但是在国内，利用现代远程可视教育农村电类从业人员培训还很少，人们对这一课题进行探索研究，将传统的教学以网络为媒介实现异地异时的培训，真正实现远程可视培训，以提高农村电类从业人员的素质。With the information age,using modem distance education network teaching mode of teaching in technical secondary schools flourished to achieve greater effectiveness.But at home,use of modem distance education in rural visual training of Electricity Employees,little people study to explore this topic will be the traditional teaching to different networks as a medium to achieve off-site training when the real remote visual training to improve the quality of rural electricity class employees.
