摘　　要：对油脂碱炼过程中的水洗废水进行再利用研究。将水洗废水经调和处理后,用于大豆毛油脱胶,通过单因素试验与正交试验,确定了最优脱胶工艺条件为:碱炼水洗废水添加量为油质量的10%,反应时间35 min,脱胶温度75℃,搅拌速度70 r/min。在此条件下,脱胶油的磷含量为9.6mg/kg。Washed wastewater from oil alkali refinin wastewater, it was used to degum the crude soybean g process was recycled. oil.
