负性生活事件对中职生心理的影响及对策研究

摘　　要：负性生活事件是导致人产生各种心理问题的重要因子。采用青少年生活事件量表对350名中职生的生活事件发生频度等进行问卷调查,结果显示,对中职生产生较大影响的负性生活事件主要是学习压力、人际交往等,其中不同年级、不同性别的中职生,影响其心理产生过激反应的负性生活事件有所不同,教育者应区别对待,实施有针对性的心理健康教育。The passive life accidents are important factors result in various mental problems of people.Questionnaire investigation on happening frequency of passive life accidents of 350 secondary vocational school students showed that,the passive life accidents that have great influence on secondary vocational school students include learning pressure,interpersonal communication,etc.;there exist differences in the influence of passive life accidents on students of different grades and different gender,and teachers should make difference between students,and implement pertinent mental health education.
