摘  要:以采用双VCT和可变进气管的V6气道喷射发动机为研究对象,阐述了不同的VCT和可变进气管对发动机充气、燃烧、油耗和排放等性能的影响。结果表明,恰当的进排气VCT开度组合辅以不同的进气管容积腔状态可以有效改善发动机充气效率和降低排放;不同的进/排气门开启时刻、气门重叠角以及进气管容积腔大小对放热规律的影响不大;恰当地控制进/排气门开启时刻和气门重叠角,再结合点火提前角的优化有助于改善油耗。With V6 PFI engine with dual VCT and variable intake manifold as research object,the influence of different VCT and variable intake manifold on engine charge,combustion,fuel consumption and exhaust,etc.is expounded in the paper.The results show that suitable combination of intake and exhaust VCT opening,along with different intake manifold volume cavity state can effectively improve engine charge efficiency and reduce emission;different intake/exhaust valve opening timing,valve overlap angle and size of the intake manifold volume cavity have minor influence on heat dissipation rule;control intake/exhaust valve opening timing and valve overlap angle properly,along with optimization of advance ignition angle contribute to fuel consumption improvement.
