摘　　要：针对安全法规关于不同碰撞形态下对乘员侧面保护的要求,进行了侧安全气囊集成于内饰侧面约束系统中的参数优化及系统验证,并在实车碰撞中证明了气囊参数满足可变形壁障侧面碰撞形态下对正位坐姿乘员的保护要求。针对TWG(国际轿车生产联盟、轿车乘员约束系统委员会、高速公路保险机构)关于离位坐姿乘员在气囊爆破中的保护要求,进行了侧气囊参数校核与约束系统结构优化。To satisfy the requirement on occupant safety protection in various side impact conditions,parameter optimization of side air bag which is integrated to side restraint system and system verification are made,and it is proved in real car impact test that air bag parameters can satisfy the requirement on in-position occupant protection under the deformable barrier side impact.In accordance with TWG（international car manufacturer alliance,committee of car occupant restraint system and highway insurance agency） on the requirement of out-of-position occupant,side bag parameters are checked and structural optimization is made to the restraint system.
