摘  要:目的:采用系统预试法对合阳蔓菁中可能含有的化学成分进行了研究,并研究了其对小鼠胃肠功能的影响。方法:采用试管反应法,对合阳蔓菁的石油醚、95%乙醇、酸性乙醇、水提液进行研究,通过多种指示剂的显色反应或沉淀反应,鉴定了其可能含有的化学成分。采用甲基橙实验和炭末推进法来研究合阳蔓菁水提液对小鼠胃排空和小肠运动功能的影响。结果:合阳蔓菁中含有糖类、氨基酸、蛋白质、有机酸、生物碱、植物甾醇类等化学成分。合阳蔓菁促进小鼠胃排空,增强小鼠小肠推进运动。结论:初步确定了合阳蔓菁含有的化学成分,结合药理学实验结果,为其资源的进一步开发利用提供了实验基础。Objective:To study the chemical components of Heyang Brassica rapa L. by preliminary test,and to investigate the effects on gastrointestinal function of mice. Methods:The extracted mixture of Heyang Brassica rapa L. from petroleum ether,95% ethanol,acidity ethanol and purified water were studied by test tube method. The chemical constituents of Brassica rapa L. was primarily demonstrated by precipitation reaction or color reaction with various indicator. The gastrointestinal function of Heyang Brassica rapa L. was observed by gastric empting test with Methylorange in mice,and with small intestine propellant test with carbon particle in mice. Results:Heyang Brassica rapa L. might contain sugars,amino acids,protein,organic acids,alkaloids,phytosterol. Heyang Brassica rapa L. can promote the gastric empting function and the propellant function of small intestine in mice. Conclusion:The results of preliminary test and pharmacology experimental provides foundation for further study and application of Heyang Brassica rapa L.
