摘　　要：分析了和谐社会的阶层结构、农民工社会流动、农民工子女教育公平之间的关系,讨论了和谐社会对农民工子女教育公平的诉求,从农民工子女的入学机会、教育过程和教育结果等方面阐述了农民工子女教育的现状与问题。提出促进农民工子女教育公平的策略,包括建立财政转移支付专项资金、明晰各部门和地方政府在农民工子女教育问题上的责任和义务、给予农民工子女教育以积极差别对待等。Analyze the relationship between class structure,social mobility and education equality of migrant workers＇ children.Discuss the appeal for educational equality of migrant workers＇ children in a harmonious society.From the educational opportunities,educational process and result,expound the present situation and problems in education of migrant workers＇ children.Put forward strategies of educational equality,including special fund fiscal transfer,clear obligations and responsibilities of respective departments and local governments,posive differential treatment of migrant workers＇ children,etc.
