摘　　要："思想道德修养与法律基础"课教学中存在问题的根本原因在于其教学思维方式。"思想道德修养与法律基础"课改革创新就应当反思课程特质、教学对象的特性以及课程指向的现实社会生活,进行"因课施教"的教学思维方式转换,树立情感与理性全面教育、以学生为本、注重生活实践的科学教学理念。The basic reason of the existing problem lies in its mode of thinking of teaching in the course of ＂Ideological Education and Legal Basis＂.Reforming and innovating should review course speciality,the teaching target＇s characteristic and social life of the reality that the course point to,teaching mode of thinking on go on ＂teaching in accordance with different courses＂ change,establish emotion and reason educate,based on student,pay attention to scientific teaching idea of practical experience of life in an all-round way.
