摘　　要：当前民办学校的发展面临着新的挑战和压力,通过对宁波民办教育的调研发现民办中小学在特色建设过程中面临着生源、师资、资金等困境。基于对困境的认识和困境背后根源的探析,提出突破学校特色建设困境的出路:要转变学生评价机制;完善法人治理结构;走内涵发展的道路,多渠道融资;发挥政府的主导作用。The current private school is faced with new challenges and pressures.Through the investigation of private education in Ningbo,we find that in the process of building private schools features there are difficulties such as student source,teachers,funding.Based on the awareness of the dilemma and the causes,we put forward corresponding solutions to break through to construct school characteristics： to change student evaluation mechanisms,improve the corporate governance structure,develop the contents,increase financing channels,the government leading role play.
