高职院校网络专业高技能人才的模糊综合评价

摘　　要：高职教育的目标是培养生产、建设、管理、服务第一线的高素质技能型专门人才,建立科学合理的高技能人才评价机制是网络专业高技能人才培养的保证。分析现有高技能人才评价体系的局限性,并依据国家职业标准和培养目标,构建网络专业高技能人才"三段四面四结合"的模糊综合评价模型。实践结果表明,该评价模型在可信度和全面性上具有一定的应用参考价值。The goal of higher vocational education is to cultivate the frontline highly skilled specialists in production,construction,management and service.To establish a scientific and reasonable high-skilled talents evaluation mechanism is the assurance of cultivating high-skilled talents majoring in network technology.This paper analyzes the existing limitation of high-skilled talents evaluation system,and attempts to construct a fuzzy synthetic evaluating model of ＂ three sections and four combina-tions＂ for the network talents in accordance with the national vocational standards and training target.The practical result indicates that this appraisal model has the reference value in the confidence and the integrity.
