摘　　要：用人力资本方法评估生命价值由来已久。该方法认为,人的生命价值是个人生命所能创造的价值量。但不同研究者出于对生命价值评估的不同目的,往往对生命价值有不同的定义,采用的生命价值评估模型也不尽相同。从政府健康和安全管制的角度来说,应建立其相应的生命价值评估模型。There has been a long history to use human capital approach to estimate the value of life.The method means the value of a person＇s life equal the value that the person can create.However,different researchers have the different definitions of the value of life and use the different models to estimate the value of life with different purposes.From the standpoint of the government regulation of health and safety,we should build a corresponding model to estimate the value of life.
