摘　　要：高校人才培养目标是人才培养的规格和标准,是高校培养什么样人的一种价值主张和具体要求,也是高校人才培养工作的出发点和归宿以及人才观的集中反映,更是大学理想和使命的具体体现。不同类型高校有不同的人才培养目标。以民族聚居区高校为样本,在这方面做一探讨,以引起大家的关注。The goal of university education is the specification and standard for the personnel training.The training objective is a value proposition and a specific requirement for university education.It is also the starting point and the home to return and the philosophy for which the university education is to seek.Furthermore,it is the concrete manifestation of the mission of university education.Different types of universities have different goals for personnel training.This article takes the university located in minority areas as a sample to analyzed the problems concerned.
