摘　　要：多样化人才培养模式是因地制宜地将教育思想观念、课程体系、教学方式、教学手段、教学管理体制、教学环境等方面按一定规律有机结合的一种整体教学活动,是目前高等院校人才培养模式改革的主要发展趋势。文章在分析民族高等师范院校构建多样化人才培养模式外部、内部原因的基础上,以甘肃民族师范学院为例,对该校的多样化人才培养模式的实践情况进行了阐述,有一定的借鉴意义。The diversified personnel training pattern is the sort of integrated educating activity with the organic combination of the educating notion,curriculum system,teaching manner,teaching methodology,teaching management system,teaching environment according to certain regulations,it is the main trend at present in the personnel-training-pattern reformation of higher education.On the basis of the analysis on the diversified personnel training pattern of the higher education for minority teachers both from the external and internal sides,taking the Gansu Minorities Teachers＇ College as example,this paper elaborates on the diversified personnel-training practice of the above-mentioned school and renders the certain reference.
