2010年日照市居民户碘盐检测分析

摘　　要：了解居民户食用碘盐现状,及时发现问题,科学指导碘缺乏病防治工作。[方法]2010年4月,在日照市所属各县（区）抽取居民食用盐进行碘含量检测。[结果]合计检测盐样1164份,碘含量为29.28±5.18 mg/kg,范围为0~44.8 mg/kg。检出碘盐1 149份,碘盐覆盖率为98.71%;合格碘盐1128份,合格率为98.17%,合格碘盐食用率为96.91%;非碘盐15份,占1.29%。各县（区）碘盐覆盖率均≥97.22%,碘盐合格率均≥96.17%,合格碘盐食用率均≥95.83%。[结论]日照市居民合格碘盐食用率符合国家消除碘缺乏病标准要求。[Objective] To understand household？s edible iodized salt,find the problems in time and guide the prevention and control of Iodine Deficiency scientifically.[Methods]Sampled and detected the content of iodine in edible salt among the counties and districts in Rizhao city.[Results]1 164 samples of edible salt were detected,the concentration of iodine was 29.88±5.18 mg/kg and the range was 0-44.8 mg/ kg,Iodized salt was 1 149 and it covered 98.71%,qualified iodized salt was 1 128 and its qualified ratio was 98.17%,consuming rate of qualified iodized salt was 96.91%,non-iodized salt was 15 and it covered 1.29%.The coverage rate of iodized salt in each district and county was greater than or equal to 97.22%,qualified iodized salt rate was greater than or equal to 96.17%,the consuming rate of qualified iodized salt was greater than or equal to 95.83%.[Conclusion]The consuming rate of qualified iodized salt in Rizhao city meet the national standard for eliminating iodine deficiency disorders.
