摘　　要：提出了"产学研合作教育模式"在提升大学生社会适应能力方面的教育对策。包括模式的指导思想、实现途径、教学形式、教学内容以及师资队伍建设、考核机制的改革对策。强调学生专业素质、实践能力、社会适应能力、创新能力的培养以及学校与企业基于利益和发展的合作关系。Education policy of ＂production-study-research training model＂ at promoting social adaptation of university students was discussed,which including guiding ideology,realization approach,teaching form and content,and reform courtermeasure about faculty building and assessment mechanism.It was stressed that the professional level,practice,social adaptation and innovation ability as well as partnership between school and enterprise based on interests and development should be strengthened
