摘　　要：综述了淀粉塑化改性的主要方法和研究进展,并对改性方法进行分析,展望了淀粉塑化改性的发展趋势。This paper introduced the methods and the research progress of plasticizing modification of starch,and analyzed ways to improve.In addition,the trend of the research in the future was elaborated.
