摘  要:以荸荠(Eleocharistuberosa Roem . et. Schult)品种“大红袍”中心芽的芽尖为外植体,在MS+ 6BA 1.0 m g/L+ NAA 0.1 m g/L培养基中诱导产生了丛生叶状茎,叶状茎继代培养在 MS附加不同激素浓度的 6BA 和CPPU 培养基中,当6BA,CPPU 浓度分别为3 m g/L,0.3 m g/L时,增殖系数达到最高,为4.00 左右.叶状茎生根后移栽到大田中,可同以荸荠球茎为繁殖体一样产生球茎.在荸荠收获期测定单荠重和直径,结果表明,试管苗在整齐度上均优于对照。The shoot tips of Chinese water chestnut ( Eleocharis tuberosa Roem. et Schult) cultivars ‘Dahongpao' were used as explants, and clumps of leaf like stems were induced on MS medium containing 1.0 mg/L 6 BA and 0.1 mg/L NAA. These stems subcultured on MS medium supplying different concentrate 6 BA or CPPU. When the concentrate of 6 BA was 3 mg/L, and CPPU was 0.3 mg/L, the propagation coefficient reached the greatest. which was about 4.00. After rooting, the plantlets were transferred to the fields, and yielded corms as the corms breeding. The single corm weight and diameter were measured in the harvest time. The results showed that the plantlets surpassed the control, and the difference in single corm weight was very remarkable.
