摘　　要：核心知识运动是20世纪90年代起发生在美国中小学的一场课程改革,旨在追求公平与优异,强调基础知识的教学和基本文化素养的养成。在核心知识基金会的推动下,该运动取得了较大进展,但也暴露出一些问题,特别是核心知识与多元文化之间存在的内在冲突。Core Knowledge Movement is a curriculum reform in American schools since 1990＇s, and its purpose are equity and excellence, and it emphasizes basic knowledge teaching and basic literacy cultivation. Based on Core Knowledge Foundation, this movement has made a good progress. However, some problems are exposed. For instance, there is an internal tension between Core Knowledge and multicuhuralism.
