摘　　要：美国科学教育标准对科学教育的内容、评估、大纲以及科学教师的专业素养作了全面、详细的规定,表现出丰富的教育思想和科学理念,即倡导科学教育的无差别性、公正性和公平性;主张科学教育面向生活世界;注重培养学生的科学素养和科学探究精神;提倡合作学习;运用多向度的评估策略等。由此深省我国中小学的科学教育,应从理念上发生根本的变革。The American National Science Education Standards are designed to define the science content standards,assessment standards,science education program standards and professional development standards.This article maintains that the American National Science Education Standards implies basic ideas as the followings：science education is for all students,the assessment should be fair for all students,science education should face the life world,inquiry is central to science learning,collaborative learning is advocated and the assessment is multiplicate.The enlightenment that we obtain from the standard is to transform the ideas of science education in our primary and middle school.
