摘　　要：企业危机管理及其预警是管理科学与工程领域中的一个前沿和热点问题,是一项多学科交叉的边缘性研究课题。近年来,随着市场经济的发展,企业的环境越来越复杂,越来越多的经济学家、管理学者开始致力于企业危机管理及其预警机制的研究。企业危机管理研究在我国历史不长,无论是指标体系还是管理方法均处于研究之中。目前,在企业危机管理方面建立一套符合我国实际的企业危机管理指标体系,建立一种适应于多因素、非线性和不确定性的综合管理方法是极为必要的。The enterprise crisis management and its early warning are front and hot topics in the management science and project.It is also an edging research topic of multi-disciplinary.In recent years,along with the market economy development,environment for enterprises has become more and more complex.And more and more economists,scholars of management start their reaches on the enterprise crisis management and its early warning mechanism.The history of researching on enterprise crisis management is not long in our country.No matter the indicators system or the management is still under studying.At present,a set of enterprise crisis management is created to conform to our country＇s actual situation and to find an synthesis management to adapt to the multi-factors,the non-linearity and non-definition are extremely essential.
