摘　　要：为了适应生源的不断变化,学生管理体制也要不断更新和完善。民办院校应该结合自身学生管理的实际情况,制定适合自身发展的体制,促进学生管理上一新台阶。In order to adapt to changing students,student management system must also constantly updated and improved.Private institutions should integrate their own management of the actual situation of students,should develop a system for their own development to promote student management on a new level.
