摘　　要：本文旨在表明物理教学改革应贴合时代要求,改变以往课堂教学脱离社会、脱离实践的特点,以提高教师自身素养为基础,采用启发式和辅助式教学模式全面培养具有创新精神的高素质人才。The leitmotiv of article indicated that the physics teaching reform must accord with the need of new age to cultivate the innovational person with ability by heuristic and assistant mode based on knowledgeable teachers.
