摘　　要：文章在阐述综合大学教师科学研究特点的基础上，明确设计综合大学教师科研业绩评价指标体系的基本原则，分析建立了综合大学教师科研业绩评价指标体系。The paper puts forward an initial discussion of the principles of university teacher＇s R＆D performance＇s appraising index system. The appraising index system for university teacher＇s R＆D performance is built up on the basic process.
