节能减排政策的核心文化价值观初探

摘　　要：从文化认知的角度来看，节能减排政策的文化价值观和中国古代哲学中“天人合一”的生态观有许多相通之处。中国传统哲学里儒家思想和道家思想中“天人合一”的生态自然观为人类生态文明的构建和发展提供了文化价值观上的理论支撑。节能减排政策所构建的自然生态文明能够服务于人类，其核心文化价值观应该与儒道的生态文明价值观具有统一性。From the perspective of cultural cognition, the cultural values of energy saving and pollution reduction policy bears similarities to the unity of man＆nature in Chinese ancient philosophy. The unity of man＆nature appeared in Confucianism and Taoism of Chinese ancient philosophy provides theoretical support for the building and development of ecological civilization. The energy saving and pollution reduction policy serves ecological civilization finally, so the core cultural values of the policy unites the ecological civilization of Confucianism and Taoism.
