摘 要:2008年12月在柘林湾养殖区域内采集了11个站位的表层沉积物样品,对沉积物中的生源要素进行分析.结果表明:生物硅(BS i)的质量分数为1.83%~2.98%,有机碳(TOC)质量分数为0.38%~1.28%,总氮(TN)的质量分数为0.04%~0.25%,总磷(TP)的质量分数为0.022%~0.061%.从TOC/TN比值来看,柘林湾表层沉积物中TOC主要来源于水生有机碳.沉积物中生源要素的毒性潜在生态危害基本属于Ⅰ-Ⅱ污染水平,尚未对底栖生物造成危害,但需要加强污染控制,防止沉积环境的进一步恶化.Surface sediments form eleven stations were collected form the aquacultural areas of Zhelin Bay,South China Sea,in December 2008.Biogenic elements including biogenic silica(BSi),total organic carbon(TOC),total nitrogen(TN) and total phosphorus(TP) were analyzed.Results showed that BSi was in the range of 1.83%~2.98%,TOC was in the range of 0.38%~1.28%,TN was in the range of 0.04%~0.25%,TP was in the range of 0.022%~0.061%.Based on the TOC/TN ratios,TOC in surface sediments from Zhelin Bay was mainly originated from aquatic organic carbon.The potential ecological risks of the biogenic elements in surface sediments belonged to the contamination lever of Ⅰ-Ⅱ,indicating that the biogenic elements have not exerted toxicity effects on benthic organisms yet.However,pollution should be controlled to prevent the further deterioration of benthic environment.
