酒店管理专业校内生产性实训基地建设的思考

摘　　要：高职高专酒店管理专业的校内实训基地通常以模拟实训室为主,虽然能够完成一些专业课程的实训项目,但存在真实性差、实训环境缺失、练习因子呈样本状、情境非立体化和过程断链等弊端,势必造成学生获得专业技能的片面性,影响实训效果与教学水平。而在校内建设生产性实训基地,就能够最大程度地克服上述问题,并可将传统的"模拟式教学"范型提升为"体验式教学"范型,从而高效率地提高实践教学水平。The training bases for hotel management majors at vocational colleges usually serve as simulated training bases.This can partly meet the needs of training for specialty courses.However,the training is of the qualities of simulation,sample,limited situation and incomplete course,which fails in training students in overall skills and reduces the effect of teaching and training.The author thinks that constructing productive training bases is a better way to solve the problems mentioned above and make it possible to change traditional simulated teaching into experiential teaching,which will result in better teaching effect.
