摘 要:目的:采用计算机辅助设计及计算机辅助手术技术指导复杂颜面和牙列缺损患者的种植修复。方法:通过CT扫描获得1例眶缺损患者、3例牙列缺损患者种植区图像信息,利用Mimics软件构建数字三维模型,并在摸型上设计手术方案,指导制作种植模板,完成种植修复。结果:成功完成了4例复杂种植修复,避免了辅助种植手术,无并发症发生。结论:计算机辅助种植技术可以提高种植手术的准确性、安全性和成功率。Objective:To restore complicated maxillofacial and dentition defect with implant-ietained prostheses using computer-aided design technique.Method:Four maxillofacial skeleton 3-D visualization computer model of 4 patients(1 with orbital defect and 3 with dentition defect) were established based on the CT image data.The implantation was simulated and planned via 3-D computer model using software MIMICS.Surgical templates were fabricated according to the position and orientation of the virtual implants.Results:14 implants were placed in the four patients with no complication,and the facial or the dentition rehabilitations were successfully achieved later.Conclusion:Computer-aided design technique can dramatically increase dental implant accuracy,safety and its success rate in complicated maxillofacial and dentition defects restoration.
