摘　　要：泛读是英语专业基础阶段一门重要的课程,泛读教学也是教师感到最棘手的课程,许多教师上泛读课和上精读课一样,这样失去了泛读教学的意义。针对这一情况,本文分析了泛读与精读的区别与联系以及教授泛读课时需要注意的问题,以期对广大师生有所帮助。Extensive Reading is one of the most important courses for English majors,but it is also one of the most difficult courses for teachers.Many teachers teach extensive reading in the way they teach intensive reading,thus losing the significance of teaching extensive reading.In order to deal with this problem,the paper analyzes the differences and relationship between extensive reading and intensive reading and the problems that need to be paid attention to,which may be helpful to both the teachers and the students.
