摘  要:文章分析了当前院校发展面临的机遇和挑战,并对院校发展问题进行了初步探讨。提高服务能力和水平,开展多方位、多层面的校地合作,是我国院校发展和提升区域教育竞争力的战略选择。在当前的校地合作实践中,重心是以校地合作促进高校合理正确定位,面向地方社会经济发展所需而寻找新的院校发展空间,并在此基础上谋求校地合作互惠双赢。This paper analyses the opportunity and the challenge which higher education institutions face, and carries on the preliminary discussion to the problem of higher education institutions'development. It's a strategic choice for the development of higher education institutions and the improvement of regional educational competence to develop the multi - direction and the multi - level cooperation between universities and locality. Now in the practice of institution - locality cooperation, the focus is to promote institutions to seek reasonable position by doing institution - locality cooperation, to seek the new development space for meeting the needs of local social and economic development, and to seek the double -win with locality.
