摘 要:利用超声活体测膘仪(Piglog105) 研究了81 头同胞测定猪和杂交组合猪胴体瘦肉率的活体估测。结果表明,瘦肉率活体估测较实际剥离低7 .7432% ,均值差异极显著,但变异系数和标准误二者十分接近;腰部、胸部边膘及胸部眼肌厚与瘦肉率活体估测的相关系数分别为- 0.9014 、- 0 .9128 、0 .5217 ,与实际剥离的相关系数分别为- 0.6045 、- 0 .7631、0 .5209,瘦肉率活体估测与实际剥离的相关系数为0.7749,均达极显著水平。利用两点的边膘和眼肌厚、活体重分别建立了活体和胴体瘦肉率估测方程,其中活体瘦肉率估测回归方程的R2 =1.0000 ,RSD= 0 .0284;活体估测胴体瘦肉率回归方程的R2 =0 .9999,RSD= 0.0573 。因此,在实践中,根据活体瘦肉率估测结果,加上差值7 .7432 % ,就可得到我国现行的猪胴体瘦肉率。Study on lean percentage of estimation of 81 crossbred pigs by ultrasonic device (Piglog105) was carried out. The results showed that means of lean percentage between the estimation and dissection had very significant difference. Lean percentage of estimation was lower than that of dissection (7.7432%), but CV and std. dev. of the both was very closed. The correlation coefficients between the fat?1, fat?2, live weight and muscle with lean percentage of estimation was -0.9014, -0.9128, 0.5217 respedively, and with the lean percentage of dissection was -0.6045, -0.7631, 0.5209 correspondingly. Correlation coefficient between estimation and dissection was 0.7749 . All correlation coefficients came up to very significant level. The regression equation of estimation lean percentage in live and on carcass was set up by using variable:fat 1, fat 2, live weight and muscle (on longissimus muscle). The R 2 and RSD of regression equation of estimation in live and carcass was 1.0000,0.0284 and 0.9999, 0.0573 respectively. Therefore, in practice, the lean percentage of estimation in vivo added up 7.743% to the actual lean percentage on carcass in our country.\;
