摘　　要：介绍了基于FPGA的NAND FLASH故障存储系统的硬件结构和软件设计结构,并着重对接口信号的定义、FPGA内部的功能框图进行了阐述。此设计大大提高了系统的实时性及可靠性。This paper introduced hardware and software structure of NAND FLASH failure data storage system based on FPGA. The clef＇tuition of interface signals and functional block diagram of internal FPGA had also been introduced. This design increases the performance in real time and reliability of the system.
