摘　　要：胸外科硕士研究生临床能力培养是基础理论学习走向实际临床工作的重要阶段。提倡研究生重视基础理论知识的学习及临床思维能力的培养,导师要因人施教安排临床技能培训,建立科学的评价与考核体系督促研究生全面提高临床能力,同时要加强研究生素质教育,培养德才兼备的人才。The clinical competence training of thoracic theory learning to be changed to actual clinical work. surgery postgraduates is a very important stage for basic We encourage graduate students to attach importance to studying theoretical knowledge and developing clinical thinking ability. Instructors need to arrange for teaching clinical skills training tailored for different students. A scientific evaluation system should be established to improve clinical supervision and graduates＇ overall ability. Moreover, importance should be attached to enhancing quality-oriented education for postgraduates and training both ability and integrity of medical talents.
