外科手术学基础教学中多元化教学法的应用与体会

摘　　要：外科手术学基础是以培养临床医学生的无菌技术及外科基本操作技能为主的一门实践课程。采用合作教学法、分站模块式授课、以问题为中心的教学法和情景教学法等多种教学方法的多元化教学方式,通过教学实践,认为多元化教学法的应用能够突破传统教学的局限性,弥补学生被动接受和被动训练单方授课方式的不足,从而激发学生学习积极性和创造性,有效提高了学生实际操作能力。Essential surgical skill training is a practical course which is to teach medical students aseptic technique and basic surgical techniques. We have applied multiple teaching methods, including cooperation teaching method, multiple station training, problem-based learning, and situational approach. After the entire practice, it is thought that multiple teaching methods will break the limitations of traditional teaching, change medical students＇ passive learning, and arouse their enthusiasm for learning, which might result in better teaching effects.
