摘 要:对右玉边鸡的3个品系及其以右玉边鸡作母本与AA+父母代肉用种公鸡杂交的后代进行屠宰试验,观察右玉边鸡的肉用性能及其作为母本的肉用杂交效果。结果显示:右玉边鸡的屠宰率均在80%以上,全净膛率均在65%以上,肉用性能良好;杂交试验组在产肉性能和生长速度方面比对照组有显著的优势,屠宰率均在85%以上,全净膛率均在70%以上,每2周的绝对增质量比右玉边鸡提高1.7~3.3倍;AA+父母代♂与右玉边鸡白羽单冠♀杂交的后代,无论在生长速度还是屠宰性能方面都是最理想的组合。The results of meat performance and the effect of hybridization test showed that the slaughter rate and eviscerated carcass weight rate were as high as 80% and 65% respectively. The experimental chickens had better meat performance. The slaughter rate and eviscerated carcass weight rate of the hybridization group were much higher than the control group. The absolute weight gain increased in every two weeks was higher than Youyu Bian chicken about 1.7 to 3.3 times. The combination of AA+ parent ♂× Youyu Bian chicken ♀ had the best slaughter performance and growth rate.
