摘　　要：烟用香精香料是卷烟生产不可缺少的原料,其配方是烟草工业企业的核心技术之一。香精香料的应用同卷烟品牌的树立与发展密切相关。根据香料物质的来源,对天然香料和合成香料的现状和发展进行了综述。Tobacco flavors and fragrances were necessary materials to cigarette production.The formula of flavors and fragrances was a core technology in tobacco industry enterprises.The application of flavors and fragrances was associated with establishing and developing cigarette brand.According to a source of flavoring substances the development and status of natural and synthetic flavors and fragrances were reviewed.
