摘　　要：北部湾广西沿海方言区是普通话水平达标的重点地区,普通话教学显得尤其重要。而受方音影响形成的"地方普通话"的客观存在,给普通话教学带来了极大障碍。要提高普通话的教学质量,必须重视方言的调查和研究工作,寻找出方言与普通话的具体差异以及对应规律和方音辨正的方法。只有这样,普通话教学才能根据学习者的不同因素,有针对性地因材施教,普通话的教学和推广也才能起到事半功倍的效果。The dialect area in Beibu Gulf Guangxi coastal region is a key area of mandarin standard,where teaching of mandarin is significant.However,the objective existence of ＂local mandarin＂ caused by dialect＇s influence has brought about many obstacles to mandarin teaching.To improve the teaching quality of mandarin,survey and research of dialect should receive attention,so as to find out the specific differences between dialects and mandarin,and corresponding rules and methods for dialect differentiation.Only in this way can mandarin teaching be carried out according to learners＇ diverse elements,and individual targeted teaching becomes possible;and teaching and popularization of mandarin can yield twice the result with half the effort.
