厂商污染治理投资的最优控制策略

摘　　要：把厂商投资分为污染治理投资和生产投资,建立了以厂商价值最大化为目标函数的模型,并应用最优控制理论和方法,分析了厂商最优投资比例和最优投资量问题。研究结论表明,两类资本的最优投入比例相等,这意味着厂商在投入决策时,两类资本的投入量也相等。Generally,a producer divides its investment into two sections, product producing and pollution abatement.In this paper,we establish a model to maximize the return of the producer.Additionally,we perform an analysis of the optimal investment ratio and volume with the optimal control theory.The conclusion shows the optimal investment ratios for both sections are the same,which means the investment volume of both sections should be equal when making an investment decision.
