基于EEMD和Hilbert边际谱的四轮车辆非平稳路面不平度分析

摘  要:采用EEMD和Hilbert边际谱对四轮车辆的非平稳路面不平度进行了研究。应用EEMD算法对SY6480轻型客车在C级路面上变速行驶得到的非平稳路面不平度进行了分解,得到了C级路面不平度高频滤波后的Hilbert边际谱,确定了C级路面对变速行驶四轮汽车激励的频带范围和峰值频率,并把该结果与A级、B级和D级路面进行了比较,发现该车在A级、B级、C级和D级路面上变速行驶时受到的路面激励除了幅值随着路面不平度等级升高而增加外,其频谱结构没有明显的变化,这个结果为汽车在变速行驶时的主动悬架设计、振动控制和平顺性分析提供了理论依据。Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional methods for processing the non-stationary road surface roughness,the paper utilizes the EEMD and Hilbert marginal spectrum to analyze the non-stationary road surface roughness regarding four wheel vehicles.First,the non-stationary road surface roughness is obtained from the light bus of SY6480 with variable speed on the C-class-road surface.Next,it is decomposed with the EEMD method and then the Hilbert marginal spectrum is obtained.Subsequently,the spectrum structure of the non-stationary road surface roughness on the C-class-road surface is acquired,compared with those on the A-class-,B-class-,and D-class-road surface.Hence we find that the spectrum structure of the non-stationary road surface roughness has no distinct change for different road classes and the amplitude increases with the road surface becoming rougher.Thus,the results provide a theory support for the design of active suspension,vehicle vibration control,and the analysis of vehicle ride comfort when vehicles run with variable speed.
