摘 要:采用《大学生心理素质量表》《自尊量表》和《国际大学调查》问卷对938名大学生进行测试,旨在探讨大学生心理素质、自尊及主观幸福感的关系。回归分析表明:心理素质对自尊具有显著的回归效应,对主观幸福感及其因子生活满意度、积极情感具有显著的回归效应,自尊是心理素质与主观幸福感的一个中介变量,心理素质通过自尊的完全中介对消极情感产生间接影响;结构方程模型分析进一步验证了自尊是心理素质与主观幸福感的中介变量的结论。心理素质、自尊对主观幸福感的作用得到结构方程模型的有力支持。To study the relationships between psychological quality,self-esteem and subjective well-being of college students,938 undergraduates were investigated with Psychological Quality Inventory of College Students,Happiness Scale of International College Survey Questionnaire and Self-esteem Scale(SES).The results indicate that(1) Regression analysis shows that there is good regression relation between psychological quality and self-esteem,subjective well-being(SWB),life satisfaction,positive effects.Self-esteem is a mediator between psychological quality and SWB.Psychological quality has indirect effect on negative effects through the complete intermediary self-esteem.(2)Structure equation modeling further validated that self-esteem is a mediator between mental quality and SWB.The important effect of mental quality and self-esteem on SWB is further supported in this study.
