摘　　要：运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法等研究方法,透析全媒体背景下体育院校新闻专业人才培养模式创新的必要性,传统人才培养模式面临的困境,以此为基础,提出依托体育院校的资源优势,架构符合全媒体融合趋势需求的体育传媒人才培养模式:即"国际化+复合型+个性化"教育理念和人才培养目标的定位;构建"体育+新闻+英语+人文"的课程体系模式;打造"体育+新闻+学术+技能"的师资团队;加强"体字号+全媒体需求"的教材建设;创新从"实践教学"到"全能培养"的实践教学体系;创建"政府+媒体+企事业单位+学校"的实习就业模式。With the methods of literature review,investigation and expert interview,this paper analyses the necessity of training model innovation of journalism majors in sport colleges under the background of omnimedia era and the dilemma for traditional talent training model.Thus it suggests that we should depend on the advantages of sports college resources and establish a sport media talent training model corresponding with the requirement of omnimedia integration trend.That is：the education concept and talent training aim of ＂internationalization＋complexity＋individuation＂;structuring a course system of ＂sports＋journalism＋English＋humanity＂;building a teaching team of ＂sports＋journalism＋academism＋technology＂;strengthening the teaching materials construction of ＂sports characteristics＋omnimedia demand＂;innovating an education system from ＂practical teach＂ to ＂combine exercise incubation＂;to create a model of practice and employment of ＂government＋media＋enterprice and public institution＋school＂.
