摘  要:建立了蔬菜和食用菌中多种氨基甲酸酯类农药残留的液相色谱串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)测定方法。以丙酮和乙腈混合溶液提取,GPC法净化,经快速浓缩仪浓缩后UPLC-MS/MS同时测定。相应回收率为70.1%~95.7%,RSD为2.03%~13.34%,最低检出限为0.01 mg/kg。One method of simultaneity determining carbamates pesticides in vegetable and edible mushrooms by UPLC-MS/MS was developed.The method was developed through that the sample was extracted with the mixed solvent of acetonitrile and acetone,and cleaned by passing through GPC and determined by UPLC-MS/MS.The corresponding recoveries were 70.1-95.7% and RSD were 2.03-13.34% and the limit of determination(LOD) was 0.01 mg/kg.
