摘　　要：以生涯发展理论为研究基础,从高职院校生涯发展辅导的管理机制、阶段内容、具体实施等方面,研究高职院校生涯发展辅导的具体策略和方法,以提升高职学生就业核心竞争力,为高职院校生涯发展辅导的制度化和规范化提供依据。Based on the career development theory,this thesis makes research into specific strategies and methods of career development guidance at higher vocational college from the aspects of managerial mechanism,stage contents and specific implementation in career development guidance.This research aims to improve vocational college students＇ core competition in employment and supply of evidence for institutionalization and standardization of career development guidance at higher vocational college.
