摘  要:护理教学中,单纯用传统的讲授式教学方法已不能顺应现代整体护理和素质教育的需要,为此,对护理中专和大专教学的部分内容尝试采用了角色扮演的教学方法,通过在课堂和实验教学中的实践,取得了较好的效果。Only using the teaching method of traditional lecture could not meet the needs of the holistic nursing and quality education in the nursing education.So we attempated to use the method of role playing in part of our teaching courses for nursing students in our college.And better result were achieved both in classroom instruction and experimental teaching practice. Key Words:Role playing;Nursing education; Quality education? were solubilized and combined in equal molar ratio in the refolding solution. 50 KD protein was observed by SDS PAGE and its antigenicity was confirmed by western blot. Furthermore, the binding activity to HBsAg was revealed by an ELISA. These results indicated that the inclusion strategy of producing Fab fragment was available in technology.
